Mr Crompton who, together with Sales Director Neil Scott, formed Sign 2000 in 1988 and has been at the helm of the business from when it started out in a small industrial unit in Tunbridge Wells with just five staff to its current position as one of the UK’s leading signmakers. Sign 2000 now operates from a 35000 sq ft facility in Tonbridge with 75 staff and a turnover (in 2013) of nearly £7 million.
