Introduction to the BSGA...
Marketing Campaign
The BSGA runs a continuous marketing programme, designed to achieve a number objectives including:
Inform sign buyers and sign specifiers about the BSGA, its members and its Code of Practice, with the aim of making BSGA accreditation a standard requirement of any and all tender documents.
Provide easy access to and identification of members for sign buyers and specifiers
Attract more sign businesses of the right calibre to join as members of the Association
Persuade suppliers of materials and equipment to join as associate members and support the activities of the Association
Keep all members informed of all BSGA activities and initiatives
A number of initiatives have been launched to help achieve the objectives:
New, updated easy-to-use web site
Regular, bi-monthly newsletter distributed to 7000 people involved in both sign making and sign buying
On-going Press Relations Campaign
Advertising campaign in journals circulated to sign makers and sign buyers.
Participation in the UKs leading sign industry exhibition
In addition, the Association is currently working on a number of additional promotions.
