Managing Director John Ranger describes Flashing Amber as, ‘a small company with a huge amount of skill and a passion for signs and visual advertising.’

The company, which was established in 2005 to offer ‘upbeat’ designs and graphics, operates from a small workshop and showroom in Milford, Surrey. John has over twenty years experience in the industry, having worked for a number of major companies in that time. His traditional signwriting and artwork skills have also allowed him to travel the world, having run a sign shop in Australia for three and a half years, before eventually returning to the UK.

Flashing Amber offer a range of services including vinyl graphics, vehicle liveries and graphics, built-up letters and traditional signwriting; John aided in his endeavours by partner Karen, who takes care of the admin and Alan who works on manufacture and installation.
