	s	BSGA Recruitment: Director The British Sign & Graphics Association (BSGA), the lead body for the UK sign industry, seek to appoint a successor to Peter Tipton, the present Director, who will be responsible for overseeing all of the Association’s activities. Reporting to the BSGA Council, the successful candidate will be a mature, well organised individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Educated to degree level or similar, he or she will manage the day to day activities of the Association, provide a secretariat service for BSGA Council and its various committees and carry out formal vetting procedures on prospective members. He or she will also take on the role of Company Secretary and ensure that annual accounts are produced and that budget and management accounts are prepared for Council. In addition, the new Director will be expected to actively promote the benefits of the Association within the sign and graphics sectors and provide Association members with a gateway to technical advice and support. Sales experience and basic accounting skills would be advantageous, as would a working knowledge of the UK sign and graphics sectors. Sound management and leadership skills are essential. The post, which is currently located at BSGA Headquarters in Peterborough will involve frequent travel, which will be fully renumerated.
