The BSGA is delighted to welcome three new members who, we believe, will have a significant impact on the Association.
The first is Current, powered by GE, a world leader in advanced LED lighting but with the capability to blend its lighting products with networked sensors and software to make commercial building and industrial facilities more energy efficient. GE Tetra® high efficiency, long life LED systems have been designed to deliver exceptional performance for channel letters, border lighting and box sign applicatons.
Current, powered by GE has not simply joined the BSGA, it has stepped up, in association with Signfab UK, as the lead sponsor of our annual award scheme.
Our second new member also has a link with our annual sign awards. In 2017 Button-Fix™ won the Product of the Year award for its invisible and highly secure fixing system. Already widely used in the construction and interiors industries, Button-Fix is now making an impact in the sign industry because it offers a secure fixing system that is completely invisible with no bolts or screws on show.
The third new member is one of the UK’s leading signmakers. Signbox, based in Egham, Surrey, has been in business for over 30 years and has built an enviable reputation for its innovative approach, inspirational design and cutting-edge production. Its capabilities and outstanding achievements have been recognised by the industry with a series of awards over the years, culminating in three prestigious awards in 2017, including the BSGA Architectural Sign of the Year and Décor Awards and FESPA’s 2017 Gold Award.
